Copying a Row

Postby Ted Giles » 8 December 2024, 16:16

When I copy a row, there is always a COPY text after the row content.
as in,

"Lat Pull Down, Reps 10"
using Copy, ends up as

"Lat Pull Down, Reps 10 Copy"

Can I get rid of the COPY text?

Reason. I need to be able to copy a row with a fair bit of data, and just change the number of reps.

On the document.duplicate() function there is a parameter to enable/disable this, but I don't know if there is a flag to handle it directly from the UI button, you could try to look in the app/component wizard.

Thanks for responding DT.
I am on version 13.5 and cannot find that function.
Where is it?
I suppose the alternative is to build a separate process on a button.

The version 13.5 is a bit old, the function probably was changed later
The duplicate function is present since 6.5 but I don't know about the parameters, you could see there: https://doc.instantdeveloper.com/eng/de ... b&lang=eng

Maybe handling the duplicate command manually resolves your issue
