Vela?

I am experimenting with converting an application from Zen to the new Vela theme.

There are things I like about Vela, but I have a couple of questions.

First is sizing objects, for example I would like to reduce the height and width of text boxes. The H & W properties do not seem to apply to the Vela theme. Where do I control those types of things. I have not found a specific .css file for Vela.

I also I would like to modify background colors on things like command buttons, etc. Again I cannot find the place to make those changes.

If someone can point me to place to make those kinds of changes in the Vela theme It will be appreciated.
