Embarassed to ask, but..Combo Box question

I want to populate a combo box with distinct values from field in a table. I have looked at the documentation but I must be missing something. Can someone point me to a reference on a way to so this?

It is value list query. Right click on the panel field, and select "Add Value List Query".

Then you can create the query with drag and drop. What I often do is if there is only one field you are using then add both fields in the select statement. Be sure and click autolookup for the panel field properties. if you want autolookup when typing. Clicking that is what adds the where clause in my example:

Thanks, I was able to get back to this, and have most of it working. I just need to pass the value to a global variable, and all is right with the world.
