Good suggestions like these, need to be kept from getting lost. I hope everyone who has an idea for improvement posts them here. Both yours and Doug's suggestion deal with improving documentation. They are good suggestions and I hope catch the folks at ProGamma's attention for a future release or update.

Thank you for your reporting. Actually, we're revisioning the documentation books, I've taken a note on this.
I suppose that you're refering to the other thread viewtopic.php?f=7&t=62920. Just to be more specific, the fromName and fromAddress are not mandatory by default. I understood it from the uploaded screenshots, but in that case is the mail used server that requires them.
