MOB - Proper setup and deployment documentation

It would be helpful if Instant Developer could add information to its documentation. Particularly if it could add to the Mobile Users guide the proper setup and deployment of an offline mobile app. It would be helpful to see screen shots of the Manage App setup where the developers prefix is applied, etc.

It would be helpful to make it very clear that once an offline mobile is deployed testing must be done using Caravel and not the browser.

It would not take much time to do what I am suggesting. In my case it would have saved several days of trial and error, etc.
