Input Box

By default the input box shows an empty input control as shown in the pic. Is there a way to load the inputbox with value from a field to allow the user to modify it. In Javascript, this is standard basic feature.

At today you cannot do that with the standard libraries, but that can be an interesting feature.

You can get this result by customizing the MessageBox.prototype.Realize javascript function. For example you can assume that using a "Message@@default value" string has to be shown as "Message" with a "default value" in the input value as a watermark.

Thanks Giuseppe for pointing to one of my own thread; totally forgot about that one. I'll work on it this WeekEnd and report back.

Followup: Luca's solution works great. Don't know why it slipped my mind, probably was too new to Inde to digest it. Thank you Luca and Giuseppe.
